What are the transport options?
Take the Tram! It’s free between the City and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
The Tram is the cheapest and most convenient way to get to and from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Tram services between the City and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre are free of charge and services operate with a good level of frequency. The Bowden Train Station is within approximately 150m of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and provides easy pedestrian access to and from the Centre. Click here for details on train timetables.

Taxi stands are located on both sides of Port Road in close proximity to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s entry.
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre provides bicycle parking rails at the front of the facility which provide the opportunity for cyclists to secure bikes.

Session times – how long can we stay in session?
You can stay for up to 90 minutes inside the exhibition.
Can you buy tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets will be available however we strongly encourage you to buy tickets before you arrive so ensure you can secure tickets for your preferred session time. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for all sessions at the door.
Are we able to take photographs?
Most definitely, although we would ask for no commercial photography.
Will Ryan be at the event?
Unfortunately due to his busy schedule, Ryan will only be in Adelaide on the 21st December. Tickets don’t guarantee you’ll see Ryan, but he will do his best to talk to fans when he is there.
I purchased tickets online – do I need a copy of the paper ticket to gain entry?
Please have a version of your e ticket on your phone or a hardcopy on arrival.
From what age will children be charged for entry?
4 and above.
If i buy a family pass can it be used for 1 adult and 3 children?
Do senior cards qualify for discounts?
What is the age limit for children’s tickets?
16 and under. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult within the exhibition.
Is food and drinks allowed?
Food and Drink is not allowed into the Exhibition.
Is there an area to leave personal belongings?
Not inside the venue sorry!
Are there ATM’s nearby?
An Automatic Teller Machine is located at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office at the front entry to the venue.
Is there wheelchair and pram access?
Conveniently located disabled car parking is available on the Adelaide Entertainment Centre site. Wheelchair access to the Theatre is available at Door 1 at ground level and via Door 3, Door 4, & Door 5 by way of the disabled ramp which services the Theatre Terrace. See more.
