What are the opening hours?
Exhibit will run 7 days a week throughout the period. The Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck will open Thursday to Monday inclusive during NSW School Term dates and 7 days a week throughout NSW School Holidays. Non School Holidays: Sun to Thur 10am – 6pm and Fri to Sat 10am – 8pm School Holidays. 7 days 10am – 8pm. Closed Christmas Day(25/12/21). Check Ticketek for more open hours information and any updates to sessions.

What is the price for tickets?
Exhibition only Adults/Concession/Child = $22.50
$49.5 per adult and $40 per child for entry to both Brickman Cities & Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck.
This Includes entry to Brickman LEGO® Cities Exhibition, Observation Deck and Sydney Tower’s interactive experiences such as LEGO® 4D Movies & more!

From what age will children be charged for entry?

Children aged 3-15 would require a Child Ticket. Children under 3 can enter for free.

Do senior cards qualify for discounts?

Yes and please refer to ‘NSW Student/Senior’ discount at the Sydney Tower Eye’s purchase journey. If eligible, you can save up to $7.

Session times – how long can we stay in session?
Sessions last 60 minutes and we recommend 45-60 minutes to explore the experience.

Can you buy tickets at the door?

Yes. However, there are only limited spots available in the venue due to COVID-19 restrictions. We strongly suggest all guests to pre-book online to secure your spot.

Are we able to take photographs?
Most definitely, although commercial photography is not permitted.

Will Ryan be at the event?
Unfortunately Ryan’s busy schedule means he will unlikely to be at the show.

I purchased tickets online – do I need a copy of the paper ticket to gain entry?
Please have a version of your e ticket on your phone or a hardcopy on arrival.

From what age will children be charged for entry?
3 and over

Is food and drinks allowed?
Food and drink are not allowed in the exhibition.

Are there ATMs nearby?
Yes, there are ATMs located inside Westfield Sydney beneath the Tower

This year mark’s Sydney Tower’s 40th anniversary with The Observation Deck first open to the public in September 1981! The attraction will be celebrating the milestone throughout 2021.
