Delivery
Australian Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days and use Australia Post to ship all orders. The delivery costs will be added to the cart upon checkout. You can calculate the cost of shipping at the checkout.
Regular Shipping
Once shipped most orders should arrive between 5-7 business days. Please expect up to an additional 10 business days due to the COVID-19 shipping delays.
Express Post
Once shipped most orders should arrive between 1-3 business days. Items are not guaranteed next day – but are now as fast as possible.
NOTE: Australia Post do NOT deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
We do offer International Shipping. You can calculate the cost in the cart.

Returns
We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. Please see our Terms & Conditions in full.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your Order up to the time that we confirm your Order in writing to you via email. Once we confirm your Order, your Order is binding and cannot be changed by you. However, our refunds and exchanges process in clause 6.3 of our Terms & Conditions may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer change of mind returns.
We will provide a full refund of the price paid for a Product if we determine that the product was faulty or not as described. For further information please refer to clause 6.3 of our Terms & Conditions.
