Refund & Transfer Policy:

All sales are final. In the event of a session cancellation from the organisers, customers will be issued a full refund for the cost of their event tickets which will be returned to the card originally purchased with. Customers will then be entitled to re-book for another date and time (dependant on availability) through our main website.

Terms & Conditions:

Resales are strictly not permitted. The promoter reserves the right to void any tickets found on, or sold through any secondary resale sites or suspected of being resold elsewhere. Management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject from the premises anyone found to be under the influence or displaying aggressive behaviour towards staff or patrons.

Alchemy Promotions Limited and its associate companies are part of the The MJR Group; an event promoter and venue operator. We are registered as a company in England and Wales under registration number 08423282.

For example when you register on our website or purchase tickets from our event partners, we may store personal information you give us such as your name, email address and postal address. We may also store a record of your purchases.

For example, if you buy tickets to a certain show and lots of people who went to that show also bought tickets for a different concert, we might send you information about that concert.
