Due to the unprecedented impacts surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Australia Post is currently experiencing major shipping delays. Please expect a delay of up to 10 additional business days domestically. We ask for your patience at this time as orders might be delayed due to matters outside of our control. How long will it take to receive my domestic order?
We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days.
FOR REGULAR SHIPPING
Once shipped most orders should arrive between 5-7 business days. Please expect up to an additional 10 business days due to the COVID-19 shipping delays.
FOR EXPRESS POST
Once shipped most orders should arrive between 1-3 business days. Items are not guaranteed next day – but are now as fast as possible.
NOTE: Australia Post do NOT deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Can my order be delivered at a certain time or left if I’m not home?
Once we’ve handed over your order to Australia Post we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred by incorrect address details provided.
Do you have order tracking available?
We do not have tracking available at this stage.
Do you offer express postage?
We now offer express postage! This is calculated at checkout.
Can I refund or exchange items?
We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. Please see our T&C’s
When will Bricktionary be shipped?
We have received the books and are currently shipping all orders as fast as we can. ETA of delivery should hopefully be early April.
Will you stock more T-shirts and sizes?
At the moment each design is intended as a single print run, though we will hopefully be looking to add more designs in the future with more size options.
Does Brickman write personalised messages in the books?
Yes he can! Please ensure to include any personalised messages in the Order Notes on the check out page!
