COVID-19 Delays

Due to the unprecedented impacts surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Australia Post is currently experiencing major shipping delays. Please expect a delay of up to 10 additional business days domestically. We ask for your patience at this time as orders might be delayed due to matters outside of our control. Refer to the AusPost website for more info.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. Once shipped most orders should arrive between 5-7 business days. Please expect up to an additional 10 business days due to the COVID-19 shipping delays.

Do you have order tracking available?

We do not have tracking available at this stage.

Do you offer express postage?

We offer only standard untracked shipping at this stage however will endeavour to include this option sometime in the future.

Can I refund or exchange items?

We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. Please see our T&C’s

Can my order be delivered at a certain time or left if I’m not home?

Once we’ve handed over your order to Australia Post we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred by incorrect address details provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are shipping to Australia only.

Will I receive my order in separate parcels if I pre-order Bricktionary?

We do not offer split delivery of your order. Due to the $10 flat-rate shipping we ship all orders in 1 parcel. If you would like to receive other items earlier please make a separate transaction for the Bricktionary book.

When will Bricktionary be shipped?

We will ship as soon as they arrive. ETA is hopefully March 2022.

Will you stock more T-shirts and sizes?

At the moment each design is intended as a single print run, though we will hopefully be looking to add more designs in the future with more size options.

Does Brickman write personalised messages in the books?

Yes he can! Please ensure to include any personalised messages in the Order Notes on the check out page!
